Welcome to Innaluma. These terms are the agreement between you and us for buying and using your Human Design reading and our free chart tool. We have tried to write them in plain language you can actually read. Please read them before you buy. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About these terms and who you're buying from
Innaluma is a brand of STARFINITY, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, a limited company (sociedad limitada) incorporated in Spain, NIF B27662683, with its registered office at Rambla del Poblenou 11, 08006 Barcelona. When these terms say "we," "us," or "Innaluma," we mean that company. When they say "you," we mean the person buying or using the reading.
Your payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. This matters, so here is what it means in plain terms:
- Lemon Squeezy, not us, is the seller of record for your payment. It processes your card or bank payment, calculates and remits any tax due, appears on your statement, and issues your receipt or invoice.
- The payment itself is also covered by Lemon Squeezy's own terms and privacy policy, which you accept when you check out through them.
- We provide the reading and the chart tool, and we handle all customer support, refunds, and corrections.
So: Lemon Squeezy takes care of the money and the tax. We take care of the product and looking after you.
2. The service we provide
We sell one main thing: a personalized Human Design reading, delivered as a PDF. It is composed for your exact chart from the birth data you give us: 10 chapters plus 3 appendices, 30+ pages, with sections named after the parts of your own chart. It is built from real ephemeris calculations of your chart, and the gates and lines it refers to are checked against that chart data before it reaches you.
We also offer a free chart tool that shows you the named parts of your chart at no cost and with no purchase required.
We may add other readings (for example connection, child, or relationship readings) over time. When we do, these terms apply to them too unless we say otherwise.
3. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old to buy a reading. By ordering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate and your own to provide (see section 6 about readings for other people).
4. Price, tax, and payment
The price shown is the total we charge you. In Europe, VAT is already included in that price and is remitted for you by Lemon Squeezy, so nothing is added at the last step. Outside Europe, the price shown is likewise the final price, with any tax due already included. The price is a one-time purchase: no subscription, no recurring charge, no hidden "pro" tier.
Currency conversion and your bank. Lemon Squeezy processes all transactions in US dollars, whichever currency is displayed to you. If you are shown €49, Lemon Squeezy converts that amount to US dollars at a real-time mid-market exchange rate and charges your card the dollar equivalent. Lemon Squeezy adds no fee for that conversion, and neither do we.
Your own bank or card issuer may. Many cards charge you exactly the price you saw. Others apply their own exchange rate, or a foreign-transaction fee (commonly 1 to 3 percent), which means the amount finally debited in your currency can be slightly above or below the price displayed. Any such fee is charged by your bank under your card agreement, is set by them and not by us, and we receive none of it. The price we charge does not change: it remains the full, VAT-inclusive amount shown on the page.
If a price is ever shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the mistake. We'll always tell you if this happens.
5. Delivery of your reading
We deliver your reading by email, with a download link, to the address you give at checkout, within 24 hours of purchase. Your free bodygraph chart image is available on the confirmation page right after you pay, while your reading is composed.
There is no account to create. We deliver through a secure, personal download link rather than a login. Please save your PDF once you have it. If you ever need your reading again, email support@innaluma.com and we'll help.
If your reading hasn't arrived within 24 hours, check your spam folder first, then email us and we'll make sure you get it.
6. Your birth data and free regeneration
Your reading is generated from the birth data you provide: your date of birth, your exact time of birth, and your place of birth. The accuracy of the reading depends entirely on the accuracy of that data. A wrong birth time in particular can produce a reading based on a different chart, because your type, authority, and profile can change within an hour.
Please enter your details carefully. If you realize you gave us incorrect birth data, email support@innaluma.com and we will regenerate your reading from the corrected data, free of charge.
You may order a reading using another person's birth data (for example a partner or child) only with their knowledge and permission, or as the parent or guardian of your own child.
7. Our 14-day satisfaction guarantee and refunds
We stand behind the reading with a simple guarantee.
If, within 14 days of delivery, your reading doesn't feel like it's about you, email support@innaluma.com and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to justify it beyond telling us it didn't land. No hoops, no store credit, no "minus fees": you get back the full amount you paid, to your original payment method. Because Lemon Squeezy is our Merchant of Record, the refund is issued through Lemon Squeezy.
We offer this guarantee in good faith and expect it to be used the same way. We reserve the right to decline a refund only where we see clear evidence of abuse, for example a repeated pattern of buying and refunding.
This guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the law (see section 8).
8. Your right of withdrawal (EU and similar)
If you are a consumer in the EU, or in another country with a comparable right, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase and get a refund. Digital content like your reading is a special case: that statutory right ends once we begin producing and delivering it, as long as you have agreed to that in advance.
So, at checkout, we ask you to confirm two things:
- that you want us to begin producing and supplying your reading immediately (with delivery within 24 hours), and
- that you understand you are therefore waiving the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for this digital content. This does not affect your refund: our own 14-day satisfaction guarantee (section 7) still gives you a full 14 days to get your money back.
We only start once you have agreed, and we send you a confirmation of that agreement by email for your records.
In place of that statutory right, our voluntary 14-day satisfaction guarantee (section 7) applies. It gives you the same 14-day window and a full refund, with fewer conditions.
9. Acceptable use
Your reading and the free chart tool are for your own personal use. When you use them, you agree not to:
- resell, redistribute, publish, or share your reading as if it were a general product;
- copy, scrape, or reverse-engineer the chart tool, the reading's structure, or the site;
- use our service to build or train a competing product; or
- attempt to break, overload, or bypass the security of the site.
If you seriously misuse the service, we may refuse further orders. This doesn't affect your guarantee rights for a reading you've already bought.
10. Intellectual property and your license to use your reading
Your reading is created for you, and we want you to keep it and use it freely for yourself. So we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read, print, save, and use your reading for your own personal purposes, forever.
What that license does not include: reselling your reading, publishing it, or presenting it as your own work or product. We and our licensors keep all intellectual property rights in the reading's structure and templates, the wording patterns, the chart tool, and the site itself.
"Human Design" is used here descriptively, to name the self-knowledge framework your reading draws on. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Jovian Archive or any other Human Design organization.
11. Important disclaimers
Please read this. It matters as much as the rest.
Your reading is a tool for self-knowledge, reflection, and personal exploration. It describes tendencies and offers experiments to try in your own life. It is not a prediction of the future, not a statement of fact about you, and not a diagnosis.
It is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you need that kind of advice, please consult an appropriate professional. Human Design is a framework for self-exploration, not a science. You remain responsible for your own decisions and how you act on your reading.
Your reading is composed from your verified chart, based on the birth data you provide, and checked against that chart data before it reaches you. We stand behind the accuracy of the calculation. The rest is for your own reflection.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: our total liability to you for any claim connected with your reading, the chart tool, or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the reading. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on your reading.
Nothing here affects your mandatory rights as a consumer, including the guarantee and refund rights above.

Our legal seller is STARFINITY, SOCIEDAD LIMITADA, the company and registered office named in section 1. Innaluma is a brand of that company.
14. Changes to these terms, governing law, and disputes
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force on the day you bought. We'll post the current version at https://innaluma.com/en/terms with its "last updated" date.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute we cannot resolve together will be heard by the courts of the place of our registered office in Spain, unless mandatory consumer law entitles you to the courts of the country where you live. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
Disputes. If something goes wrong, email us first at support@innaluma.com. We'd much rather fix it than fight about it. To request a refund under our 14-day guarantee, just email us.
