What the reading is
How deep does it really go? Is it just a longer description of my type?
No. Your type is one input of many. The reading is 10 chapters plus 3 appendices, 30+ pages, composed for your exact combination: your channels, profile, authority, centers and every activation in your verified chart. Even the subsection titles are named after your own design. It opens by decoding your chart, works through how you decide, connect, work and recover, and ends in a 30-day experiment plan. If two people with the same type ordered it, they’d get materially different readings.
How is this different from the free chart I can get anywhere?
A free chart gives you the data: your type, your centers, your gates, a wall of terms. The reading gives you the synthesis: what your specific combination means and what to try with it, across 10 chapters that end in a 30-day experiment plan. The free version answers “what am I.” The reading answers “what does this mean for me, and what do I do about it.” That second question is the one a free chart leaves you holding.
How is this different from a $90 hand-made reading, or a $150 to $500 live session?
Think about what you’re really buying. A live session (typically $150 to $500, more for well-known readers) is a conversation that ends when the hour does. A hand-made reading ($90+) makes you wait one to three weeks, with no refund. This is the through-line most people spend about ten years trying to reach, across journals, late nights and a lot of expensive hours. How reliable the math is
Is it accurate?
The calculation is verified. We run your chart on real ephemeris math, the same astronomical math professional astrology software runs on, then check every gate and line the reading cites against the source data before it ships. A wrong chart invalidates everything built on it, so we check the chart first. We’re certain about the math. Less certain about the rest: Human Design describes tendencies, and you decide what to do with your own life.
What if my chart comes out wrong?
Usually a “wrong” chart means a wrong birth time. Correct your birth data and we regenerate your reading for free. That’s part of why we insist on the exact minute up front, and why we never default to noon if you don’t know it.
I don’t know my exact birth time. Can I still do this?
Not accurately, and we’d rather tell you that than sell you a reading about a different person. Your type, authority and profile can change within an hour, so a guess could describe someone else entirely. The good news is your exact time is usually findable: it’s on most birth certificates (in the US, the long-form version), often in hospital records, and sometimes family remembers. Tell us where to email a short “where to find your time” checklist and we’ll send it. Come back when you have it.

What exactly do I get?

The arc: your chart decoded, your energy type and strategy, your authority and how you decide, how your energy connects, your purpose axis, your energy map, your daily gifts and growth arc, your body’s operating manual (the four arrows), your design in real life (work and career, relationships, energy and burnout, money), and a 30-day experiment plan to close. The appendices: every activation in your chart in a planet-by-planet table, your whole design on one card, and a glossary. It’s the self-understanding most people spend ten years circling, laid out in one document. Not therapy, and not a substitute for it, but the map version of that conversation. Plus your bodygraph chart as an image to keep, a permanent download, and free regeneration if you correct your birth data.
Is it a subscription?
No. One payment, no recurring charge, no “Pro” tier hiding the real content behind a second paywall. You buy the reading, it’s yours.
Is VAT included in the price, and will I get an invoice?
Yes to both. In Europe the price on the page is the final price. VAT is already included, so €49 is the amount we charge, whichever European country you are in, and nothing is added at the last step. Outside Europe the price is $59, tax included on the same terms, so nothing is added there either. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for the sale, so that is the name on your statement, and it emails you a receipt or a full invoice, with your VAT number on it if you enter one at checkout. The one thing we do not control is your own bank, which may add a foreign-transaction fee of its own. The next question explains why, and what it means for the amount on your statement.
Why might my bank statement show dollars, or a slightly different amount?
Because of how the payment is processed, not because of anything we add. Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, settles every transaction in US dollars, whichever currency the page shows you. The €49 you agree to is converted to dollars at a real-time mid-market rate, with no markup and no conversion fee from Lemon Squeezy or from us, and your bank converts it back. Many cards land on exactly €49. Some banks apply their own exchange rate, or add a foreign-transaction fee of typically 1 to 3 percent, so the amount that finally leaves your account can sit a little either side of €49. That part is set by your card agreement, by your bank, and not by us, and we receive none of it. If you are outside Europe you see $59, tax included, and are charged $59, and the same bank rules apply if dollars are not your own currency. What does not change is our side: €49 is the full amount we charge, VAT included, and we add nothing at checkout. We would rather you read this here than find it on a statement. And if it bothers you, the 14-day guarantee covers this purchase like any other.
What format is it, and how long until I get it?
A PDF. The download link lands in your inbox within 24 hours of purchase, usually much sooner. Your chart image is ready instantly on the thank-you page while the reading is composed.
Can I read about someone else, like my partner or my child?
Yes. You can run any chart you have accurate birth data for. There’s also a connection reading (you and one other person) you can add at checkout, and child and relationship readings on the way.

What if I’m not happy? Do you really refund?
Yes. Read the whole reading, sit with it, and if it doesn’t actually sound like you, email us within 14 days and we refund you. Almost every shop in this niche says “no refunds, no exceptions.” We say the opposite, because we’d rather lose a sale than keep an unhappy reader, and because we stand behind the writing.
How do I know this isn’t a scam that scraped the internet?
Fair question, the niche has earned that suspicion. Three things to check: the calculation is verified against source data (we explain exactly how on “How it’s made”, and you can compare your chart against any Human Design software), the writing is composed for your specific chart rather than mail-merged from blocks, and there’s a real money-back guarantee, which a scam doesn’t offer. We’d rather earn your trust than claim it.
Will my reading be the same as everyone else’s with my type?
No. Your type is one of many inputs. Your channels, profile, authority and centers are different from the next person’s, so your reading is composed differently, down to the subsection titles, which are named after your own chart. Same type, different chart, materially different reading.

Does this predict my future?
No. Human Design is a tool for self-knowledge, not fortune-telling. Your reading describes tendencies and offers experiments to try in your own life. It never tells you what will happen, and it isn’t medical, psychological or financial advice. “Human Design” is used here descriptively, as a self-knowledge framework.
Do I have to believe in it for it to be useful?
No. A lot of readers come in skeptical. The useful test isn’t whether you believe the system, it’s whether the reading sounds like you and gives you something to try. If it doesn’t, the guarantee has you covered.
